PALAZZO BOCCELLA, LUCCA

Categories , ,

Palazzo Boccella was built in the early 16th century by Enrico Boccella, in 1998, after a long series of changes of ownership and changes of destination it was purchased by the Municipality of Capannori. After saving it from the inexorable decline, the Municipality conferred Palazzo Boccella to the eponymous Foundation, founded with the express purpose of having it restored to the rule of art and making it alive and active again with activities related to the promotion of local products.
Reported to its former glory, Palazzo Boccella, during the winter months, is the site of a School of Hospitality Management and Food and Wine Disciplines, but from April to October it opens its doors to those who want an exclusive stay in this small village in the upper Lucchesia, at center of the Tuscany Region.
