VISIT TO GIOTTO’S SCROVEGNI CHAPEL
The Scrovegni Chapel, a masterpiece of Italian and European 14th century painting, is considered the most complete cycle of frescoes made by the great Tuscan master in his maturity. The Italian National Commission for UNESCO has designated “Padova Urbs Picta. Giotto, the Scrovegni Chapel and the fourteenth century pictorial cycles” as the Italian nomination for the World Heritage List for 2020 (padovaurbspicta.org)
