The Casale del Duca overlooks the gentle Marche hills, in front of Urbino of which it enjoys a beautiful overview. Its construction is very antique and dates back to the Renaissance period when Duke Federico da Montefeltro was the undisputed lord of the area. The house is peculiar in respect to the territory style since its architecture shows a high-level commission. The recent restoration has given back to the building its grim, elegant appearance. The love and passion of the owners for the rural, architectural heritage did the rest. Everything has been studied in detail for the final result to recreate the original atmosphere.
The Casale del Duca is a private house making available to the guests three very large and luminous rooms with fireplaces and two studio apartments with the kitchen looking on the garden, all furnished with style and simplicity. The garden and internal spaces are at complete disposal for the guests. The house lets the owners offer the guests a high-level hospitality and the pleasure of an exclusive stay immersed in nature’s peace and silence. Here and there in the house you can find objects with fine lacquering and trompe l’oeil that give an accent of uniqueness as a whole in a fusion of time and colour.
