Facing directly on the water and immersed in its centuries-old park, this villa offers a breathtaking view of the lake and of the mountains that surround it.

VILLA SELVATICO DA PORTO

Built between the end of the 1400s and the beginning of the 1500s, this villa is a patrician country residence, where the nobles used to stay during the summer “villeggiatura” and for the control of the agricultural estates.

JERÓNIMOS HOUSE

The name of the house derives from the district it is located in, in the centre of Madrid. It is a large and well-oriented flat situated in a 20th-century building. The luminosity of its spaces makes it an ideal place where to study.

TERMINUS HOTEL

COMO
Founded in 1902 as a complementary structure to the nearby Grand Hotel Plinius, it is what today would be called a luxury beauty farm. During the World War I it was used as a military hospital and was turned into a hotel in the 1930s.

At the exit of the village of Longues-sur-mer, the old Saint Marie Abbey, built in the 12th century, is hidden along the small road leading to Bayeux.

This house is facing the bay of Santander and was built in 1890s, right in front of the Santander Yacht Club, near to the Botin Cente. Here, the current owner's great grandmother, grandfather and
father were born.

The villa is set in a small village called “Toracca” of much older history. The house is characterised by the traditional Ligurian red and by the presence of a chapel consecrated in 1768. The villa, overlooking the famous “Gulf of Poets”, enjoys a magnificent view.

The villa is located on the Western side of Lake Como Basin. It is a former convent from the XVII century, transformed during the XIX century into a private house. It offers a magnificent view of the city and the lake.

ALLA BIANCA

CAMPELLO SUL CLITUNNO (PG)
This building was supposedly an inn for the pilgrims visiting the contiguous shrine, built in 1530. The actual aspect of Villa Negri Arnoldi alla Bianca and its interior structure is dated back to the 18th century, when countess Lavinia della Genga Accoramboni restored it.
